First off, when I went to check in, I was informed of a $150 cash deposit required for local residence only. Which was fine I just wish they would’ve said something on the website beforehand. Then, when I asked for a receipt for the deposit, the gentleman refused to give it to me, and said that it would remain in an envelope until I checked out the next morning, and only the staff would have access to it I did receive my deposit back upon check out the next morning. However, it was just very inconvenient because I had to leave to find a bank to withdraw cash to carry back whereas if they would’ve just put a hold on my card, it would’ve automatically gone back.
