When I checked in I was given some attitude about parking. I was told there was a charging plug in lights by staff and there wasn’t. But when I asked for help or if I had missed it, I was talked to like I was a child by the man at the front desk. The lady was helpful and housing keeping was a saving grace with an extra plug. Sink cracked. Air conditioner/heater was very loud. Bed was ok. Stains in wood. Tv went in and out a few times.
Ordered room service and it was not good for the price. I felt overcharged.
On check out I felt lol and inconvenience to the gentleman at the desk. No smile, No thank you, just blank looks.
When I arrived I was told oh you’ll likely have to park in public parking across the street.
I have had better experiences in the past. This was less than desirable. I did not feel welcome and felt more like an inconvenience. With the exception of the housekeeping lady whom was excellent and the one lady that helped at the front desk.
