The hotel offers everything you would expect from this category. Our (low) rating is primarily based on the courtesy bus transfer provided between the airport & hotel:

We tried to let the hotel know our arrival details via email and chat but never received an answer.

Upon arrival (after a long transatlantic flight), we called the hotel and were promised a pick-up within 30 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting, we had to call the hotel again and were promised the bus would arrive within the next 10 minutes, which worked.
I suggest the hotel either skip this service or improve its reliability. We have seen other hotel buses passing by three times and picking up passengers while we were waiting for our.

The transfer back to the airport was disappointing. After a rough ride, we picked up our luggage from the van and were yelled at by the driver, asking for a tip. My wife felt emotionally threatened by this behaviour.
I suggest the hotel works on their service, including employee training.
