When we checked in, they checked our passports and our children's ages. They told us we booked the hotel with breakfast and that they do not use plastic bottles. They told us they had a water purifier, and so we went to the hotel room. After a long flight journey, we were going to rest in the room, but there were no water glasses. We called the reception and asked for water glasses, but even after 20 minutes, we did not get any glasses. So we called again, then after another 30 minutes they finally gave us some glasses. Next morning we went to eat breakfast at the hotel. When we were going to eat, the staff said that we only had paid for 2 adults and not for the children. We told them we booked breakfast for the 4 of us. They said we didn't, but we have been to many hotels and never had this issue. We went to the reception and talked with them for a long time without eating. We showed them our booking. The manager said they would let us eat for free that day, but for the rest of the stay after we had to pay. We did not accept this as we already had paid for the 4 of us with breakfast through Expedia. We told them that we would cancel the breakfast for the adults through Expedia and eat elsewhere. After a while, the receptionist talked with the manager and told us they would give us breakfast for free. But this is not true as we did pay already for our families.
