I parked my vehicle at 4 AM after a long journey, no security was present, then I informed reception that I parked my car in the parking lot by the wall (I told I can leave the keys at reception if there is a problem in case) and if that would be a problem, she replied me that she does not oversee it but security, then I found security and tried to explain where I parked in English, he was not happy with it and his attitude was really aggressive whining in his native language, then he took me to the reception with anger, and reception told me it is fine where I parked...this was terrible service and attitude toward a client
