This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’ve done a LOT of traveling. The valet was awful, hotels.com didn’t provide the info that it was valet only for $50 a night. Check in couldn’t find my hotels confirmation despite me giving them my confirmation info - even gave them my phone to copy it. We had an uber pick us up and we couldn’t get out the front door… when we called a staff member over they said it’s broke and told us to go through the parking to get out. They didn’t have a menu for the room service, you had to call to even find out what it was. The coffee option in the room was a difficult “espresso” machine - it didn’t work correctly and had zero instructions. Despite the fact I wanted a normal cup of coffee not a tiny cup of espresso from a cheap machine. The shower couldn’t stay hot and went cold after only a minute or 2. When we checked out, the front desk didn’t ask how our stay was, said nothing but “you’re checked out”. Valet was a disaster again at checkout. We paid for valet and waited forever, even once our car was pulled up no one brought us our keys or spoke to us or helped us. We don’t prefer valet but if we have to pay $50 for it I expect to actually have valet services. When we spoke to the front desk about our issues, they were nice but basically just gave us the managers business card and said to call. In my opinion, it’s a beautiful hotel with the worst service I’ve ever seen. Will never be back and will discourage anyone to stay there.
