Cleans and quiets roons. Nice breakfast. Good wi-fi. A neigborhood with a lot of opcions of restaurants, fast foods and stores. A little bit far from the downtown, but, guess what? Rent a car and be happy!

The desk staff was decent, and the lobby had a somewhat clean appearance. However, this hotel is in dire need of renovation. A persistent stale odor permeates the premises, and the carpets require significant cleaning or outright replacement. My room was not up to standard; I encountered several bugs on the floor, and the desk chair was in poor condition with worn, peeling leatherāit seemed like an attempt at an antique style gone wrong. The towels felt old and rough, which was disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning system was unreliable, turning off despite being set to āconsistent.ā
Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and I chose not to voice my concerns to the staff. I handled it and made a firm decision not to return. Itās puzzling why the cleanliness is so lacking, especially given the hotelās prime location. With proper investment in renovations and maintenance, it could truly excel. I sincerely wish the owners the best, but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front desk was unfriendly and not inviting. Charged $15 to checkin 1 hr early. We took our luggage up to be called minutes later to bring thevcart back. The hotel needs major updates. Ceiling peeling w water damage, curtains torn, furniture very worn, sunken mattress, hole in bathroom door. Smells old and stale. Hot breakfast had no eggs and half cooked sausage and potatoes. Only good thing was walkable restaurants.

The hotel itself was chill. Initial check in seemed a bit bothered when asked some questions. Everybody has their days. I was disappointed in my booking however stating there was a fitness center which in fact they didnāt. WiFi was glitchy on device but Other than that, out of sight, out of mind for a few days.

Upon arrival the entire lobby reeked of marijuana, then once I got to the room the entire floor was dirty , it had not been swept or mopped. I went to look out the window of the my first floor room and noticed the window was unlocked, so I also checked the second window which had only one side unlocked, and when I went to lock it the entire window came out. My first thought was someone waiting until we left to bulgarize the room, the beds were also dirty. I changed rooms, and the carpet was dirty and stained. I stay at Country Inn and Suites all the time and this is the first time I ever stayed in one that was terrible. This one was privately owned.

The pictures are a bit misleading. I requested a room close to doors or elevator. I was given an ADA room. The mattresses and some of the towels were stained, the room was somewhat cleaned ,but the place looked run down. The hallways smelled like Indian curry(always) The curtains where stained and broken. I think the only real thing I liked is that It's centrally located to my daughter and lots of food options.

web says that comenity area has coffee 24 / 7 and breakfast is from 6am to 10 am. Went to get coffee and there wasn't any. employee stated that they had a busy morning. I was checking in at 4pm. Busy morning no explanation for no coffee. web site also stated check in at 3pm. I was checking in at 4pm. was told that house keepen hasn't finished so if we get to our room and cleaning wasn't done come back to front desk and will give us another. I stated to the person it isn't my job to check the room for her, that she need to see if room was cleaned. The next morning went down for breakfast at 8,:35am. We got out breakfast and sat down, was just about finishing up with breakfast when the person an proceeded to close breakfast area. I asked what is happening it isn't 10am yet. we close breakfast at 9am. I stated that web site stated 10am it closed. she stated 9am here. we sat there for a few minute and the lady came on and said that we need to throw our stuff away and leave. I said what. she said it again. We are in the commen area, why we have to move we are not done. I have to clean your table and yhis area. throw way your stuff and leave. Will not ever come back to this place. I am a paying customer and she to cater to the customers. I don't work for the hotel for her to tell me to throw my breakfast away an leave the area.

Attended was nice and pleasant. She initially assigned me to the wrong room by mistake, but then assigned me to the correct room. Upon entering I was a little shocked by the condition of the room. There were holes which Iām guessing were from repair that were not patched up. Unfinished paint jobs, and there were visible signs of deterioration not only of the furniture but the bed frame itself. I would not stay here again.

The owners must live in the hotel. It smelled like food they were cooking ALL the time.
The guy working the front desk was RUDE. I told him the fridge was not working and he told me I should have let him known earlier. I told him we checked in super late and that it was not my problem, and he responded "it's not my problem either"
The room was gross. There was trash between the bed and the box spring. The ice machines on our floor did not exist - you can see where it used to be and it looked horrible. The ice bucket was dirty and there was no lining for it.
