I regret staying at this hotel for four nights. Upon arrival at 9:40 PM, we found our booked twin-bed room uncleaned. After a 10-hour drive, being told to wait another 40 minutes for cleaning was infuriating. The staff offered a double-bed room instead, which was unacceptable. We finally got our key at 10:30 PM, but the rushed cleaning left the room in poor condition. Given that check-in starts at 3 PM, this was inexcusable.
The room had numerous issues: a broken closet, only two hangers, one spoon, and just two cups and plates for a family of four. The kitchen lacked pots or pans, and the lukewarm shower water was never fixed despite complaints. While the induction cooktop was repaired after the first night, we endured four days of uncomfortable, lukewarm showers. Additionally, there was no hairdryer, and my daughter caught a cold after lukewarm showers without one.
The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay despite requests. Towels had to be exchanged at the front desk, and only in the evening. Staff were hard to reach, often unfriendly, and showed no effort to resolve issues. When we raised concerns about the shower and lack of a hairdryer, they refused to offer solutions or compensation.
This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, with a complete lack of basic service or empathy. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
