The Worst at Communicating and Care
Hands down worst hotel experience that I've had in almost two decades. Positive for them is beautiful property but the communication was absolutely atrocious. We got to the property early before check in- yes we are aware of check in time and policy; we were told check at 1. We did just that and got yes sir the room just needs to be inspected by suowrvisor- 15 minutes and we will let you know. An hour more goes by and we are in lobby- mind you this is for our 6 year old daughters birthday. They said come back at 3. We hang around again and come back at 3... Room is still not ready. They told us get lunch on them; the restaurant was not open, we also asked for 4 pm check out... Walks off and gets manager and shares 4 pm will work- great! I will also get text... Its now 7 pm and we have nothing. We walk back up and the supervisor hands us key knowing the situation. We are in the worst room- closest to elevator on the floor where they are doing construction. The room was not clean... I can go on for hours. I will not ever get Westin my business again.
