From the moment you enter the building, you're greeted with a sign detailing the disputes going on in the building. I.e. full time residents vs hotel management. Sets a funny unwelcoming vibe straight away.
Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but for the price, reasonable. Our splashback looks like it hasnt been cleaned in quite some time, and some furniture in the room looked quite tired.
Water pressure is great, good bathrooms, no complaints there. Gym also very good, however, the pool and spa were empty for some reason. With no mention of that prior to checking in.
Overall, it was a fine place to stay, definitely felt uncomfortable with the residents wanting the hotel stopped. If you're looking for the advertised "luxury", I'd go some place else
