In the check in the receptionist (male) told me if I wanted to get my luggage sent to the room. I said yes. After 30 minutes waiting, I returned to the lobby and all my luggage was in the middle of the lobby in a trolley without supervision. I ALONE WITHOUT HELP, AND BEEN IGNORED BY ALL EMPLOYEES had to take the trolley my luggage to my room. BUT it was not the worst. In the check in I was induced to buy in advance for breakfast for all the stay. In the first day we had breakfast, my mother felt sick, with vomiting and diarrhea immedially after having the breakfast (she strongly think the breakfast cheese was the issue) We were unable to leave the room before 16:00 that day. I talked to another recepcionist (female) and she called the manager and told me that the reservation for the other days had been cancelled. To my surprise, after checking out I received an email charging breakfasts all days (of course we didn't have any more breakfasts). I sent email to the hotel 3 TIMES asking to cancel the payment for breakfasts not taken, which I was told by the female employee that had been cancelled in the first day my mother had breakfast and got really bad because of it. IN CONCLUSION IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE HOTEL DOES EVERYTHING TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOU. NOBODY HONOURS WHAT IS SAID IN RECEPTION (luggage issue and what was said that the remainung breakfasts weee cancelled). I feel like having been stollen by Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow. Please hotels.com help me with this issue.
