Checking in was easy, but there was no assistance with bags, which made getting everything to the room a bit of a struggle. The room was clean, though the bathroom was small. It had two double beds—more than needed for just one person. One bed was uncomfortable, so I switched to the other at midnight, which was better, though neither was particularly great.
Amenities were minimal—no restaurant or gift shop, just a Coke machine and ice at the end of the hallway. Cokes were $3. Checkout was smooth, and the desk staff was very helpful. However, the airport shuttle didn’t start until 5 AM, so I had to call a taxi. I was told the night before that taxis were quick to respond, but that turned out to be false. Fortunately, another guest had reserved a cab (something I was advised wasn’t necessary), and when they didn’t show, the driver took me to the airport quickly for $15.
Overall, I got some rest, showered, and had a decent stay. It was an average experience. If you have an early morning flight, I’d recommend getting an Uber.
