The location of the hotel is good, so was the room size. However, it doesn't matter because the hotel lost a package of mine after it was delivered and took no responsibility. The people in the front desk claimed they are limited in terms of providing a solution and said the manager will contact me, even on the day of the check out, after finishing their "inspection". I checked-in on 2nd and checked out on 6th of November, Today is 14th of November. Still, I haven't hear anything from the manager. Just received one e-mail from the hotel front desk on the 4th, asking for tracking number which I provided twice during my visit. To top this, on the 5th of November, some sort of construction project started on the 16th floor, right above my room at 7 am. Didn't get any warning/information from the hotel regarding this, verbal or message. It wasn't like the front desk didn't see me at least twice a day, asking about the lost package. Shame really, could have been a better visit.
