Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Couldn’t check into the room I reserved which was a king suite, instead they proposed “2 doubles, but it’s an upgrade”. Allegedly they were sold out. The smell was awful, there were large garbage bags in the middle of the hallway, cleaning staff left their carts blocking a hallway for about 5 minutes. It doesn’t end there. There was a dog barking incessantly close to our room. They did move us, but that process took about another 15 minutes, so here we are “downgrading” once more to another room with 2 small beds on the first floor. The smell is still awful AND OF COURSE there is a dog next to this room as well. Is this the pet hotel? They “waived our parking fee” as a courtesy. What a load of ——— the lot isn’t secure and the only person who will get your car towed is the woman who works nights and calls in the truck. Will never return and arguably questioning my loyalty to Hilton…in which I’m a diamond member…
