Snapshot - they took payment twice and are refusing to refund the duplicate payment
Details - Turned up and they could not find our booking, despite me having confirmation. I had to book and pay for another room on arrival, after just landing in the country.
I then check my credit card after my holiday, and see they have taken payment twice. Despite numerous messages, they are refusing to give me back the duplicate charges for some reason saying they do not refund cancellations.
I did not cancel, I arrived on the day of my booking and and they could not find it.
They don't understand this error, and keep saying they cannot refund cancellations as per their policy.
I am still battling for my refund of the duplicate charge, but I warn anyone about staying in this hotel.
