I was disappointed with Hilton. The place is modern but lacked good old fashioned amenities/customer service. The site mentioned a bar and restaurant, which was why I chose this place. When I asked the clerk about it, he said there was no such thing. We got to our room on the 2nd floor (I requested a 1st floor but clerk said none were available. Really? On a Tuesday?) We immediately noticed there wasn’t a coffee pot. Upon further inspection, the microwave was missing the plate. The chain to the blinds looked like something was wrong with it but I managed to close it but once I tried to open it, the chain broke. As we left the hotel for dinner, was wanted to report the issues but the clerk was no where around. After waiting 10-15 minutes I decided to just leave a note. As we got in our car, the clerk appeared from around the hotel building where we previously saw employees smoking. The only reason he came back was because new guests had arrived. My husband went back in to show the clerk the note. When we returned from dinner the clerk handed me the microwave plate and said the didn’t take it to the room because he forgot what room number. (It was written on the note). We will not be returning to any Hilton in the future.
