Arrived for our 3 night vacation, immediately went to have cold beverage but that was impossible since the ice maker wasn't working. Sent my husband to store to get bag of ice, thought we can make it work. Notified owner, and the response was "NO??"
Decide not to worry about it since we had dinner plans and a show planned for the evening. Few minutes into my shower and the water shuts off. Shampoo in my hair, no water. No water at all the rest of night. Couldn't finish my shower, wash our hands, flush the toilets, etc. Notified the owner and Wonder Homes immediately. Received response about hour later saying the supervisor has been alerted. Then nothing til the next morning around 11am did they notify us that it was being worked on. Needless to say, our 1st night's plans had to be canceled. No refund on the tickets for the show. With all this said, the owner and Wonder Homes final response to us was "sorry, not their fault" in regards to the water. I've never in all my years of traveling experienced such poor service and lack of accountability. While I can understand they may have no control of maintenance in the building, that shouldn't fall on the guests as an "oh well" problem. Not once did they offer to credit the first night. I warn everyone, avoid any properties owned or managed by Wonder Homes. They don't care at all.
