Highly recommend! A wonderful spacious room containing everything you need, including an amazingly comfy bed. The host provided a wealth of information, including how to easily find the property and local restaurants, bars, activities etc. The location is awesome with a restaurant just around the top left corner that provides food with a view! Lots more restaurants just one level down, and the main area of the old town just a further level below. Barely heard a noise in the room despite being so close to everything..... absolute perfect stay!

Beautiful room
The room and bathroom are stunning, with all the amenities you could need. Location is perfect, but be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the front door. I’ll definitely be back and staying here again.

The room was beautiful, clean and a good size. Everything we needed. Great location inside the city walls of the old town. Excellent communication to make sure we didn’t get lost. Staff met us at one of the city gates and showed us to the room. They also shared recommendations for places to eat and drink as well as handy places like laundry and supermarkets.

A few days before our arrival, the staff got in touch with us, providing confirmation, directions, tips, and even a link to book a transfer that was waiting for us upon arrival. The transfer was both friendly and professional. The host stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp, making everything so easy. Upon our arrival, a staff member was waiting to escort us to our apartment (we stayed in Old Town Dubrovnik, which is a car-free area). The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The decor was lovely, the towels were fresh, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and my favorite part was the great coffee machine. For check-in and check-out, they were flexible, allowing us to check in early and check out late. To top it off, they stored our luggage for a few hours after check-out, allowing us to explore the beautiful city of Dubrovnik a little longer, luggage-free. It was the perfect stay, and we can't wait to return! Thank you!

Excelente quarto (guest house) em Dubrovnic, dentro da cidade amuralhada. Atenção, não é um hotel!! É um quarto, excelente, sem café da manhã, sem recepção e sem serviço de quarto, dentro da cidade amuralhada. O quarto é amplo, bastante limpo, com ótimas roupas de cama e boas roupas de banho (poderiam ser mais macias). A cama é excelente, o banheiro bom e o ar condicionado ótimo. Internet e TV smart, acima da média. Localização maravilhosa para quem quer uma experiência de vivenciar a cidade amuralhda... para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção ou famílias com crianças, não é recomendável, pois tem muitas escadas para acessar. Atendimento ótimo. Como pontos a melhorar, o preço, pois é muito caro, e o black-out nas janelas do quarto... o quarto é muito claro a noite.

Beautifully decorated apartment very convenient location very close to Buza gate which minimises the inevitable steps of this pedestrian walled city, and extra kind help from owner Luka. This is a great place to stay and explore beautiful Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik is a stunning city, and our room at Vivaldi was such a perfect retreat from the heat.. our room was beautiful. Absolutely loved our city break, we will def be back.

Lovely apartment in the old town. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Everything is walking distance: cable car 5min walk, town centre less than 5min. Lots of shops and restaurants.

This apartment is a real gem, super clean and beautifully furnished, located on a charming street away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, but very accessible if you're fit and can climb stairs. Luka met me at the town gate and carried my bag for me. He gave me lots of recommendations and let me have a late checkout the day I left. I highly recommend Vivaldi and would absolutely stay there again.

The property was way over our expectations - the owner has gone to a lot of trouble to make this a very unique apartment with lots of added bonuses like gowns and slippers, toiletries and good coffee machine! The bed was really comfortable and the room luxurious. We thought it was very good value in a super spot and Luka provided a short video to help us find it avoiding too many steps as well as info on good places to eat and visit. We will defo return.

A Great Stay in Dubrovnik
The staff at Vivaldi were very helpful with all of the check-in and parking information. The hotel is at the top of the streets, near the north walls and the Buza Gate. They recommended the best parking and access to avoid as many steps as possible. A word of caution though, most of what you want to see is at the bottom of the street. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a lot of amenities. It was a lovely stay.

Perfect stay.
Spent a lovely few days in Dubrovnik using this room as a base. Service excellent. Room lovely and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lots of steps to get to/from the room so bear that in mind. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

One of my Favorite Stays
This was my first time to Dubrovnik and fell in love with this city. It is so beautiful, the people are friendly, the food is wonderful and there is so much to do. Luka my host was incredible! He had someone meet me at my taxi drop off to carry my suitcase to the room. On my last day in Dubrovnik, I had a 10-hour tour and Luka not only stored my suitcase but met me with it as I got off the tour bus. Best host ever, and the room is beautiful and located in Old Town.

A fantastic place to stay
The room is tastefully decorated and veey clean, excellent location although the steps back up are pretty steep so you need to be relatively fit. Luka the host is fantastic, he arranged for us to be met and taken to our room and also kindly allowed us to have late check out with no additional charge.

Classy convenient guest oriented room.
This is an outstanding hotel experience. The city is on a hill with steep steps. They met us at the city gate to help with bags. The room itself is a perfect mix of exposed antique limestone walls and antiques with elegant chandeliers and decor. Bathroom is spotless. Bed was comfortable. They ordered a taxi for us to go to the port and gave us a late checkout because of the rain. Location is perfect- walk down the steps to all the action but this area is quiet for sleep. I will definitely stay here again and recommend them highly. This is not a traditional hotel but a mini apartment all to yourself.

Our stay in Vivaldi was very enjoyable. the host was very helpful. The location was very central however there was a lot of steps to and from the main thoroughfare. We felt a handrail all the way up and down would have been very helpful. The apartment itself was very nice.

Perfect accommodation!! Highly recommend!!
Visited Dubrovnik for the first time for a three night stay. Our room was perfectly positioned within the Old Town. A beautifully decorated room that felt very special. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Luka was very accommodating and helpful. Truly one of my best accommodation experiences in many years of travelling.

Lovely location right in the old city. At the top of a long, narrow passage of steps full of beautiful pot plants which was fine for us...and no cars which was great! Room was very comfortable and clean. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

First of all the host, Luca, was super helpful. He was great for recommendations and quick with a response to any questions. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and had fantastic water pressure which I loved. On my next visit, and there will be another visit, I would definitely stay at Vivaldi again.
