They don't return the deposit.
I am writing this message to express my deep dissatisfaction with the hotel's attitude. Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at this establishment, but unfortunately, the experience was marked by a lack of transparency and respect for guests.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked to provide a deposit of USD 50.00, with the promise that the amount would be refunded within 3 days after my departure. However, 15 days have already passed and the hotel has not yet fulfilled its obligation.
This lack of responsibility and respect for guests is unacceptable and led me to question the hotel's integrity and credibility. It is essential that guests are treated with respect and transparency, and that promises are kept.
I would like to warn other users not to use the services of this hotel. The lack of responsibility and respect for guests can cause problems and inconvenience, and it is essential that guests are aware of this before making a reservation.
I hope that the hotel will take measures to correct this situation and improve its attitude towards guests. Until then, I cannot recommend the services of this hotel.
