Run down but trying their best
Big issues:
- toilet was leaking when we arrived
- the main elevator was broken
- both keycards randomly stopped working on our last day
- the pool has not been cleaned, so we could not use it (it was April and 80 degrees when we stayed)
- a shower stool that we did not request had a visible piece of hair stuck to it when we arrived
- no shampoo or conditioner in the shower
- only decaf coffee in the room
- Wi-Fi did not work
Not so big issues:
- old brown dirty-looking carpet everywhere
- humidity levels were high as they seemingly keep the AC down
- TV had 40 channels, some of which were not working. Kids had Nick and Disney and only Nick was working.
Good things:
- They seemed like they were trying their best and were prompt.
- Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly.
- coffee machine was awesome
- water bottles were available to grab
- our plumbing issue and keycard issue were promptly resolved
I did not have time to ask to fix the WiFi issue, lack of shampoo or lack of non decaf coffee.
