Check in took a while due to a concert in town. Front desk employee kept taking phone calls while the lobby was packed with guests trying to check in. Numerous people were advised their booked rooms were “Still dirty” and the reason for that was “Housekeeping is very slow” and to come back in 30 minutes. Everyone was told this with the exception of one young blonde female whom the male front desk employee called housekeeping for to get her into her room. Room was average or below average. Bathroom sink drained very very slow. Ventilation in the bathroom was awful. With a semi hot shower, within minutes the room was still fogged you could barely see or breathe. Also, the TV did not work. Every channel we tried to access yielded the same screen showing no signal. Overall, this room was not worth the well over $300 a night I had to pay simply because a concert was in town.
