First, I want to say the lady who checked me in at the front desk was wonderful. I do not want this review to reflect her at all.
I don't know where to start so I'll start with the location of the room the room was located less than 10 ft from the lobby making it quite noisy, and the $200 deposit for locals that I had to pay won't be redeposited back into my account for 7 to 10 days which I know can be done quicker and theoretically should be done shortly after checking out, The AC worked but not well and was rattling loudly you could feel it vibrate the floor if you were standing close to it, the furniture in the room was in poor shape and the bed was squeaky but on the positive side, comfortable. The best thing about the room I stayed in which was handicap accessible was the shower, if you have difficulty with stability this was a great shower. On the other hand the toilet was very difficult to flush, I called the front desk because I thought something was wrong with it and I was informed I needed to turn the water on so it would flush properly but the water was on and I had this experience one other time at the same location in a different room. So the toilets at this hotel are a problem. And morning to anyone who reserves a handicap accessible room with a rolling shower, you'll be getting the same room I'm talking about. I was informed that the room directly in front of the lobby is the only one with a walk-in shower . That's a shame!
