Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facility is showing its age, nothing is broken, just looks old. Also, my one nit pick item is the elevator. First, the button on the first floor doesn't light up, so you can't really tell that you've requested the elevator. You just wait and hope it comes to the first floor. Second, PLEASE change the bulbs in the elevator. That dim, cold blu-ish white light is so depressing. Riding up in that lighting makes one wonder what the room is going to be like (in a bad way). Get some brighter ones in warm white. All the staff I encountered were really nice and seemed genuinely helpful and ready to serve. I'm in customer service also, so I'm kinda sensitive to bad service. The crew at this place were awesome. Thank you!
