What we loved: the food, the staff, the resort's willingness to receive constructive feedback during our stay and make immediate changes to rectify what they could, the live music, the overall ambience of the resort
What we hope they improve: The rooms and bathrooms are outdated. The shower was 3' x 3', barely big enough for one person; It would be nice if they allowed you to take food back to your room when you pay for the all inclusive; better mattresses (either way too soft or way too firm); the pool is great for families, but the beach is full of rocks so it's not great for kids or for swimming.
Overall it was definitely more positive than negative and we look forward to returning and bringing our kids with us. It's the only all-inclusive resort on the island and that fact alone makes it worth every penny!
