Unacceptable Disruptions and Poor Management
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
During my stay, there was a large group of about 15 adults congregating in the lobby, where they were drinking and being extremely loud and disruptive throughout the night. This chaotic atmosphere was compounded by the noise of children running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, and screaming, making it nearly impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep.
I attempted to reach out to the front desk multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I even made several trips to the front desk, only to find it unattended. As the noise escalated and my frustration mounted, I decided to confront the group myself around 2:30 am, asking them to be considerate of other guests. At that point, the lobby was littered with beer cans, clearly indicating that they had been drinking there all night.
Despite my efforts to address the situation, I could not find a manager or staff member to assist. It wasn't until around 3:00 am, once the noise finally subsided, that I was able to reach a manager on the phone. However, by that time, it felt too little, too late. I left the hotel without any reimbursement or even an apology, and I was left feeling completely disregarded as a guest.
Overall, my experience at [Hotel Name] was extremely disappointing due to the lack of management and the inability to handle disruptive behavior. I would not recommend this hotel , and I certainly will not be returning.
