The hotel is easily accessible off Route 295, and close to downtown Freeport and Portland. Price was reasonable.
The buildings are fine, all one-story and handicap accessible. Plenty of parking. However, the office is NOT marked, and very difficult to find in the dark. The overgrown/dying grass and shrubs around the buildings were very disconcerting (although we have had a long bout of very dry weather).
The room was incredibly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Towels were rough, although pretty much standard hotel quality. The shower pressure and warm water were super.
That said, there was an overwhelming smell of bleach in the room. That was not so pleasant.
Breakfast was included, but I chose to sleep longer.
All in all, I would stay again.
