Mold In Room--
We did not stay at the Quality Inn. The room assigned to us had bad mold on the shower seat which where the upholstery had separated. There was also mold covered up by the caulking in the shower. The area under the toilet in corners and all along the base board was dirty. The housekeeping supervisor tried to help us and told us she was working on the problems. They did offer us a second room, ,but it too was not up to our standards. We just did not feel comfortable after seeing the mold and dirty bathroom floor in the first room. The front desk attendant gave us credit for the room without hesitation. This hotel needs some very serious work on the interior and some rooms should probably be closed off until the deep cleaning and possibly remodeling is complete.
