We checked in late (with a reservation) on a Saturday night and were given the final room left in hotel. The room was not clean (dirty rags in the corner, makeup splatters on the wall, dirty hand print on the wall in the bathroom among other fun surprises). In addition, the room smelled moldy but when we asked about changing rooms we were told there were no other rooms.
In the morning, we realized that the room not only smelled moldy but was incredibly moldy. There was significant mold on the ceiling in 8-9 places, all around the AC unit, and the window which the light of day made much more visible. We asked for another room but it was still sold out so we checked out that morning and moved to a different hotel.
Since that point we have been trying for over a week to get a refund for the second night of our stay even though we checked out after the first morning and didn't stay the second night. We have gotten run around after run around and are fed up with this hotel! It was awful.
