Great hotel / Great staff
It is a wonderful hotel, nice lobby, spacious room, comfortable bed.
The staff was very helpful and incredibly friendly. From front desk to bellman, to the cleaning team.
A special shout out to the manager of the Evo restaurant (on premisse restaurant) who very kindly accommodated us without a reservation even though the restaurant was having a couple of events (unfortunately I do not remember her name).
In terms of location is not the closest to the main attraction but there is a metro station almost in front of the hotel and a Tram station next to it. These makes very easy to get anywhere in the city (eg: it takes 10 minutes to he Duomo). Also, it is less than a 10 minute walking distance to the train station, if you are coming or leaving by train you do not need to be concerned about a transfer.
On a plus side, the TV has many channels in English which is very uncommon to find in Europe.
All in all, no complaints, I highly recommend this place.
