The first time my boyfriend and I stayed here, it was great, but this time was very disappointing, and we wish we had chosen a different place to stay. When we went to check in, it was very clear that the two people behind the desk did not want to be there, and they were treating other guests like they were just an inconvenience. We asked for a cart to bring everything up to our room, and they told us they were all occupied. However, once we came in with all of our stuff and turned the corner, we saw at least three carts that were not in use. The elevator ride was extremely sketchy, and the floors were really sticky and gross. For the rest of the stay, we decided it would be a better choice to climb five flights of stairs every time than to use that elevator. We asked for paper plates so we could eat our dinner, and they said they didn’t have any, but they serve breakfast every morning and use paper plates. Our ice bucket smelled horrible, and there was a random loose part of the shower just sitting in the center of the tub when we checked in. We went to get breakfast the next morning, and there was nothing to choose from. We showed up an hour before the breakfast window closed, and we only got to leave with mini muffins. The next day, we went two hours before they closed, and it was clear that the breakfast bar is just set out once and not maintained whatsoever. The pool was also chained shut, and their vending machine was out of order. The bed, however was decent.
