Review:
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was simply not up to basic hospitality standards. There was no hot water during my stay, which is unacceptable at any level of accommodation. The bathtub stopper was broken, so even if there had been hot water, I couldn’t enjoy a proper bath. The bed only had a thin sheet—no blanket, no comforter—which made for an uncomfortable night.
The coffee setup was also lacking—there were no proper creamers or sweeteners, and I had to walk over to the casino just to make it taste somewhat decent. These are small touches, but they really matter when you’re trying to feel at home. There were multiple other issues I don’t even have time to list.
I’m not someone who complains lightly, but this stay didn’t reflect the quality I expected or paid for. I respectfully request a refund or credit for this stay, as it fell far below reasonable expectations. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these concerns for future guests.
