Bad customer service
I’ll start on a positive note.The room was clean and although I felt it wasn’t a $100 a night room it was fine.Onto the negative:The service I received was horrible!We had a dispute about the deposit that I was not informed about when I booked online and while I was talking to my partner,the manager im assuming kept interrupting our personal conversation and then at some point I was told that the room would have to be checked before checkout (which I have never experienced before!)and when he came to check it he was rude and as I was talking to my daughter he started being rude.Needless to so I had a really bad experience because of a rude person that needs to close his business if has has to be that paranoid and make people feel uncomfortable!im not sure about the location because I was just passing through but maybe he has had bad experiences but that has nothing to do with another paying customer!He just seemed very sketchy to me…
