This is hard to write. The staff did the best they could under the circumstances, but wow! The elevators were out, although we were told one was working. We weren't told it was working intermittently. I was on the 8th Floor. I cannot tell you the number of times I had to climb the stairs. My friend and I ordered breakfast. After an hour, his arrived, but mine had not. He finished his breakfast and finally my omelet arrived. Again, the front of house staff were pleasant and nice, but what the hell??? My friends received one night's stay comped for their room with an apology for the inconvenience. They were on the 6th floor, and their parking pass was comped. I paid full price without a word. Inconsistent treatment. Was it because I booked through Hotels.com? I don't know. I will say the bed was comfortable. Had it not been, I would have felt like I booked a weekend in hell.
