A very good hotel, very well located, and has all that ne might expect from a five star hotel. Very good and breakfast, beautiful and big site, good wi-fi, great and very friendly service, luxurious... two issues I have.
The twin-rooms separeted by two doors, like the one I stayed, are a huge risk taken by the hotel. Everyone in a suite can hear all tha happens at the other. In my last night, the next room, a twin with these doors, had been allocated to a guest. All I could hear was a loud snorke coming from this other room, really upsetting me and my fiancée. A hotel of this name and pattern should not let this happen, if one room is occupied, the next one (in double -room patterns) should never receive a guest. And I was in the executive floor, the most expensive and exclusive experience they offer.
Also, rooms should be better illuminated. Bathrooms are very well illuminated, something great, but the bedrooms, they should have a central focus of light, not just peripheral illumination like they have.
For the value charged, not very sure is the best option all around. I would research more before booking it again.
PS. For safety reasons, especially after recent events worldwide, a hotel with so many occidental guests, should not allow other people at the breakfast area with any kind of bags or backpacks.
