Please consider your choice when you are making this reservation. My husband woke up to German Roaches crawling on him and I also encountered (3) roaches while getting dressed the same morning. Because we didn't take pictures and document the roaches, the hotel wasn't willing to compensate our $112 stay or discount us at all. I spoke to both the manager Nichole and her desk clerk (said her name was Kelly) We live in south Louisiana, I totally get it, but when I bring a concern to your attention, please don't respond that I should have taken pictures. I am not a complainer by far, but I am sorry, take responsibility for your hotel and your actions. You have an exterminator that came in a few days ago, so this is likely calling out all bugs. But I shouldn't be subject to this type of service or disgusting bugs! And don't blame me for your service issues or hospitality. Customer Service is #1 or is it.
