Despite requesting room service twice—once via the in-room phone and again at the front desk—my room was never serviced for the lengthof my stay. Additionally, when I asked for extra pillows, the front desk attendant claimed none were available, yet she was sitting on two pillows at the desk. To make matters worse, the ice machine was contaminated with black mold pouring into the buckets, presenting a serious health concern. I hope you will address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests. Lastly, The manager on duty sign has been blank since I checked in so I have no idea who to speak to about this matter.
