I came to stay at this property while waiting for repairs on motorhome , which had been taking much longer than had planned . My dog and I live full time in the motorhome and had what I could carry and depended on Uber to get us to the Sonesta Select . I was a bit early for checkin , but greeted by a front desk agent , that must have seen that I was stressed . She immediately took control, and just couldn’t have been more empathetic or more Professional. Over my weeks stay , I met probably the entire staff , everyone of them at some point went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed . The General Manager , couldn’t have been more understanding when my stay needed to be extended , and he also allowed me to stay in the same room to avoid any stress on myself or dog . More of a thank you than a review .. but over our the months that I’ve been displaced , and bounced to many local hotels during that time … I’m just sorry that the Sonesta Select wasn’t the first hotel we came to .. but than I wouldn’t be able to give an honest opinion of who’s doing things well . . . Customer service is alive and well at the Sonesta Select . Thank you for everything .. you’ve all made myself and dog feel very welcome and taken care of ! Todd
