Vending machines were dilapidated, one completely out of order. Lobby was rundown, barely clean enough. Part of it was under construction. The hallways were also rundown with dirty carpet.
The room: Upon entering, the air was musty and dank.
Towels were haphazardly sitting on the rack above the toilet, I did not use them.
The tub & shower had pock marks with poor lighting I could see runoff from whatever may have been sprayed upon it, I did not use it.
The top cover of the bed had hair on it, the next blanket layer underneath had multiple blood stains and the sheets themselves did not feel entirely clean.
The only positives: the vanity sink and microwave were clean and the air conditioning worked to perfection.
Shangri-La it was not.
How Wyndham added this place to their book of properties I will never know.
