Angry manager
The hotel itself was a great location. The manager of the hotel Peggy was always stressed out and always in a bad mood. We had no towels the first night or a shower cap we had to call down and get them. They were never brought up I had to go down and get them the second day. Housekeeping did not enter our room and we made it a point to go down and let them know we were leaving the day, and to please make sure that the room was clean and had towels. Got back to the room the room had not been cleaned did not have towels had to call down again. Finally they came up and cleaned the room we had to leave and go down stairs while they were cleaning. The charging station in the lights on the right side of the bed did not work I called in also reported that the first night was not fixed the first or the second night on the third day it was fixed that was our last day. Peggy it said that she was going to deduct some of our expenses because we rented a cabana which was $250 and even though our breakfast was prepaid we still owed for the breakfast I guess if you prepay and you go over whatever amount you prepay you owe the difference. She was supposed to deduct that off as well to fix all our problems that we had but that was never taken off our bill. The only one that I can give a 10 star to is the young man that helped us with our luggage and that Valet Parked our car his name is Grayson. Grayson was wonderful!
