The hotel is old, please keep this in mind when booking. It is old and outdated. However, under these circumstances, it is clean for what it’s worth. It has old, cheap furniture and hardware, but the tv is up to date. The owners have tried to renovate the floors, but with the low nightly rates, you can imagine that the quality is not top notch. You get what you pay for. You want a bed? You got one. The sheets were clean. The room was made up. The bathroom is clean, as it can be with outdated walls and floors. The toilet was clean. The fridge, microwave, and tv work. There wasn’t a moldy/musty smell. However, around 9:00am until supper time, you can smell the smoke where other guests are smoking in their rooms. The owners try to keep it clean. The front desk staff were very nice. Internet was down basically the whole time I was there, but that’s not their fault, it’s Spectrum’s. The power went out several times but came right back on, not sure what was going on with that. Like other reviews, there was hair everywhere, but I think it’s probably from sticking to linens during the wash cycle. Would I stay here again? If I need cheap, yes. But if I can afford somewhere else, I’d go elsewhere.
