Payed for Club access with King bed and sofa bed, showed the receptionist the receipt from paying online. Immediately after she told me how much the room would be. I show her the receipt again because I already payed she takes a few minutes and finds what ever she needed to on her end and gives me a room. I go to the room it’s not the right room. I come back downstairs show her the receipt again she said she made a mistake and moves me to the right room. Later the same night a different receptionist gives me hard time about club access. I showed this 2nd receptionist my booking receipt with club access and she tells me I should have booked with the Hotels website and not Hotel app, I’m not sure why it matters if the price is the same but that’s why she said I didn’t have it. She said she would give me the access as if it was a favor she was doing and not something that was clear in my receipt.
