I recently stayed at this hotel after a long flight for a business trip and was looking forward to some rest before my early morning meeting. However, to my shock, I woke up covered in bites all over my back and arms. Clearly, the hotel had a bedbug infestation, which made it impossible for me to stay any longer. I immediately contacted the front desk and spoke with a gentleman, asking if a refund was possible. He told me he wasn't authorized to process a refund and that I would need to wait until the next morning to speak with the manager.
The next morning, I reached out to the manager, who informed me she was in a meeting and would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received that call. When I called back again, I finally spoke with the manager, only to be told that no refund would be provided.
This was an awful experience, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. They have bedbugs, and their customer service is lacking. Which is completely disappointing, because the check-in desk attendant was super nice and polite.
