Avoid this hotel
I had booked a stay at Quality Inn and Suites in Omaha Nebraska. It as booked for April 11 & 12, 2025.
When we checked in, the first room had no sink handle, dirty sheets, gummy bears on the floor, and a shower that had not been cleaned in maybe months. I went down to the front desk and asked for another room. Upon entering the second room, it was too late to switch hotels at that point. We had an early soccer game and I was not going to disrupt my son anymore. The second room, the sink handle flew off, the curtain was broken so we had to sleep with a light shining in our room all night, and the bathroom was the dirtiest bathroom. I think I’ve ever stayed in. I decided at that point to check out of the hotel and I had to pay for another hotel for the night of April 12, 2025.
When I asked for a refund, they told me they would not refund my money because we had stayed one night. I think it’s ridiculous that they would not refund me for the second night. I am attaching pictures so you can see what we experienced. I hope no other guest had to experience what we did.
