Before booking with this host, I strongly advise you to think twice and check reviews on other platforms. The host required a damage deposit, which was stated in the rules. However, it was not mentioned that the deposit had to be made via bank transfer instead of via Expedia, leaving Expedia with no control over it.
The apartment had a lot of broken items, as noted in a comment from Alan dated April 25, 2023. There were stains everywhere, including on the carpet, blinds, and chairs. I even found mould inside the dishwasher and bathroom. I had to take numerous photos as evidence because the host held my deposit.
On the fourth day of my stay, I discovered water leaking under the carpet and reported it to the host. I thought it would protect my damage deposit from being held, unfortunately, I was wrong. When I checked out, the host refused to refund my damage deposit, alleging that I had caused stains on the carpet. However, the "stain" was actually a rust mark from the bar chair provided by the host, which probably came off due to the wet carpet. The host also accused me of causing the leakage without providing any evidence, claiming that I could have run the tap for 24 hours or misused the dishwasher causing the leakage.

The only advantage of this apartment is its location, and free parking. However, with the apartment being poorly managed, I would not recommend it to anyone.
