We knew this was a "LOW BUDGET" Hotel, but...
There was nobody at the front desk. We were greated by a video screen and an attendant that was difficult to understand.
Initially, we were issued a room that had significant water damage on the ceiling, including mold growth.
After bringing this to the attention (with photos) of the front desk video person. We were told that it wasn't THAT bad, and that we should keep the room.
After we refused, they gave us another room that was in much better condition.
Unfortunately, this process took time (<60 min). By then we decided that we would never go back to this establishment... regardless of the savings.
