I spent this last week at this hotel with my family. We got the (2) 2-bedroom apartments with free breakfast included.
Pros - The staff I corresponded with via Expedia were very nice, helpful, and genuinely interested to know how I was doing at the hotel before and during my stay. Had an issue with WiFi for one of the rooms, and I communicated this to the staff (Marcel) via Expedia and the next day the issue was resolved!! The front desk staff were also very nice and respectful. The cleaning staff were so nice and thorough. No complaints there! Security is impeccable! My family felt so safe at this hotel, they had on site security, and all non-residents were scanned to make sure not suspicious items were brought in. This definitely put us at ease. AC worked beautifully which was a priority for us!!
Cons - The kitchen/breakfast staff weren’t the nicest. I ordered room service almost everyday—and at least one item was always wrong. The room sizes seemed different though we reserved the same type of room for the same price—like the TVs were different, clarity for one of the TVs was not good, and one of the TVs in the bedroom didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The pool closed a bit early (we were told it closed 6pm daily)—I’m guessing for safety reasons (I.e. drowning). Lots of mosquitoes in the hallways.
