I booked a stay with Origin for a 10/20 through 10/22. Expedia reached out to me on 10/12 to state they overbooked and offered me to stay at Courtland Grand Hotel at no additional charge. I took the offer and was then charged again by Courtland Grand to stay there. I reached out to Expedia, but they said they can not refund me because they can't get a hold of a manager at either hotel... This is unacceptable. Additionally, I was charged a $100 for valet at Courtland Grand for my vehicle even though I had to collect the car myself as their drivers could not drive a vehicle with a manual transmission. I have messaged Origin Hotel and no one has reached out to me to resolve the issue. Origin and Courtland are both Wyndham properties and I have never had an issue before, but I dont plan to use their services unless they can rectify the overcharge.
