Having booked through a third party, confirming the reservation prior to arriving was near impossible Our front desk consierge Jeff was super helpful in resolving the issue of dual Res. #'s With that issue resolved, at check in I was bombarded with close to $200 additional fees I wasn't informed until that moment, and that was to to be returned, but am still waiting The only true complaints I can say I have with this location is that nearly zero housekeeping staff spoke English, claim they tend to rooms every four days or at check out, which was unacceptable to us When I asked that our bedding be changed the response was 'No' and due to linguistic barriers a staffer told me I 'can try to ask' but otherwise I should find a way to communicate what I would need But my deepest disappointment was that the (indoor) heated pool (pre checked) was in fact shut down for maintenance our entire stay Over All: 3*** Special Mentions to Yolanda and Jeff!
