Bad attitudes and no customer service skills
To start I had requested extra towels and washcloths and coffee and cream and sugar when I made the reservations on the online. When I got there, she informed me that they had the extra things I requested, as I checked into my room all I notice is that they had lots of extra coffee and cream sugar, but no extra towels. The hotel staff was unfriendly and rude. I don’t know how many times I had to go get my key fixed to get into the hotel or my room. There’s no elevator to the upper floor. The hot tub was dirty. They do not clean it on a daily basis because I asked them.. The lighting in the bedroom was not the greatest, especially for a lady who needs to do make up in the room & wants to sit down instead of the bathroom. I asked for a late check out and they gave me until noon, but I was still running late getting all my stuff gathered and repacked because it was during Halloween weekend so I had a lot of things to do and I was by myself. I’m also disabled and they called me right at noon to see if I was out of the room yet and was really rude about it. I have never had a hotel ever call me at check out even if I had an extended check out, never once has a hotel called my room to see if I was gone yet. Originally, when I got there, I had a girlfriend with me that helped get my luggage and everything I brought up the stairs with my cart so when I checked out, it was all by myself to do all that. These young people that are working there need to go through hospitality schooling.
