Amanda, the Assistant General Manager, and her team go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Amanda remembers my name and greets me personally every time—what an incredible personal touch! That level of attentiveness made my stay feel even more special.
During my stay, I had a minor drain issue, and a gentleman from the maintenance team promptly came to fix it. He was professional, efficient, and friendly, ensuring everything was in perfect working order. I really appreciated the quick response!
The breakfast staff was also wonderful, keeping everything clean and making sure guests had a pleasant dining experience.
